Leap Year Rules

  1. A year is a leap year if divisible by 4.
  2. Exception: years divisible by 100 are NOT leap years.
  3. Exception to the exception: years divisible by 400 ARE leap years.
Leap if: (year % 4 === 0 && year % 100 !== 0) || (year % 400 === 0)
Examples:
2024 → Leap year (÷4, not ÷100)
1900 → NOT leap (÷100, not ÷400)
2000 → Leap year (÷400)
